Shipping:

All orders are processed same day and shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday may ship Monday.

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

Our Standard 13x13 bouncers will ship via Fed Ex Ground. They will ship a residential address. You will be provided tracking numbers. The bouncer and blower ship in seperate boxes, but ship together on the same day. You may receive one before the other due to a Fed Ex delay. Both packages will need a signature upon arrival as they are fully insured. Fed Ex will not deliver to P.O boxes so you must provide a street address. Shipping within the Continental US is FREE! Please contact us by email in regards to shipping outside of the Continental US.

Our larger bouncers ship via a reputable freight company. They will ship to a residential address. The freight company will call the number you provide with your order and set up a delivery date & time. You should receive both the bouncer and blower together. If you do not please clearly mark that on the delivery slip and contact us. These larger bouncers cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S.

Exchanges:

Please review our exchange policy carefully so that in the event something needs to be exchanged the process goes smoothly. THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OF ANY SALE ITEMS. CERTAIN ITEMS MAY ALSO BE MARKED AS NON EXCHANGEABLE ON THE INDIVIDUAL PAGE. WE WILL MAKE THIS CLEAR ON THE PAGE IF IT IS A NON EXCHANGEABLE ITEM. When exchanging, we recommend the buyer insures and gets tracking/delivery confirmation on the exchanged item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items exchanged with us.

Defective Items:

If your order or part of your order arrives defective and there is no visual damage to the box you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving it. We will try to troubleshoot the problem, if it is determined that the item needs to be exchanged we will replace it. If the buyer would like an exchange on a defective item, the item must be returned at his or her expense. Original shipping charges from the actual order are also non refundable. ALL DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE.

Damaged Merchandise:

If your order or part of your order arrives damaged by the carrier we will assist you in filing a claim on your behalf. You must take pictures of the damaged item and box it came in. You must also keep the damaged packaging for inspection. We will then replace the damaged products. If the product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival the buyer must contact us within 5 days of receipt of item. A replacement will be sent in its place. Misuse of the product is not covered under warranty. All returns are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable and buyer must pay the one way shipping fee back to us for an exchange unit.
